How we work
- Four day discovery, five day design draft, launch inside four weeks.
- Everyone owns a small book of clients. No pooled ticket queues.

- Written first. We use Slack for chat and long form docs for decisions.
What we look for
- Five plus years shipping production work you can point at.
- Comfort talking directly with paying clients every week.
- A preference for boring, durable tech over the newest thing.
- Respect for other people's time, including your own.
