Partner questions
Is there a cost to join the partner programme?
No. All three tiers are free to join; you earn commission or margin from the first client you bring in.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Most partners start on Referral and move to Reseller or White label once they're sending several clients a quarter.
How and when do I get paid?
Referral and Reseller partners are paid monthly by bank transfer or PayPal, based on active subscriptions in the prior month.
Do I need a minimum number of clients to join?
No minimum to join Referral. Reseller and White label pricing improves with volume, but there's no hard entry threshold.
Who handles support for clients I refer?
On Referral, Alta Ignite supports the client directly. On Reseller and White label, you own the relationship and we support you as the intermediary.
