Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 conformance across altaignite.com and the sites we build for clients under our subscription plans.

1. Purpose and conformance target

1.1 Lanex Group, LLC ("Alta Ignite", "we", "us") is committed to ensuring that altaignite.com and, to the extent contractually agreed, the websites we design and build for clients under our subscription plans, are accessible to the widest possible range of users, including people with disabilities.
1.2 Our conformance target for altaignite.com is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which implements the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed in EEA member states.
1.3 This statement covers all pages served from the altaignite.com domain, our client dashboard, and marketing content published by Alta Ignite. It does not, unless expressly stated in a Statement of Work, extend to third-party plugins, embedded widgets from external providers, or Client Materials supplied to us for publication.

2.1 Design tokens. Our design system defines colour, spacing and typography tokens with a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and graphical objects, in line with WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.4.3 and 1.4.11.
2.2 Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — links, buttons, form controls and menus — are operable using a keyboard alone, with a logical tab order and no keyboard traps, satisfying Success Criteria 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
2.3 Visible focus states. Every focusable element carries a clearly visible focus indicator meeting the 2.4.11 (Focus Not Obscured) and 1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast) criteria of WCAG 2.2.
2.4 Semantic HTML. We build with landmark regions, heading hierarchies, native form labels and ARIA attributes applied only where semantic HTML is insufficient, in accordance with the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices Guide.
2.5 Alternative text. Informative images receive descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked so that assistive technology skips them, per Success Criterion 1.1.1.
2.6 Reduced motion. Animations and transitions respect the operating system's "prefers-reduced-motion" setting, and no content flashes more than three times per second, satisfying Success Criteria 2.3.1 and 2.3.3.
2.7 Responsive and resizable text. Layouts reflow without loss of content or functionality up to 400% zoom and at a 320 CSS pixel viewport width, in line with Success Criterion 1.4.10.

3.1 Every subscription Request that involves new pages, components or content is reviewed against our internal accessibility checklist before it is marked delivered.
3.2 We use accessible component patterns by default (skip links, accessible modals, accessible form validation messaging) so that accessibility is not an opt-in extra but the baseline configuration of every site we ship.
3.3 Where a client's brand guidelines specify colours or fonts that fall below the AA contrast threshold, we will propose an accessible alternative and flag the conflict in writing; proceeding with a non-conformant choice against our advice is at the client's own risk and responsibility.
3.4 Accessibility conformance for client sites is a continuing obligation shared between Alta Ignite and the client: client-supplied content (images without alt text, inaccessible PDFs, video without captions) remains the client's responsibility unless a specific remediation Request is submitted.

4.1 We combine automated scanning (axe-core and Lighthouse accessibility audits) with manual keyboard-only navigation testing and screen reader spot checks using NVDA and VoiceOver.
4.2 Colour contrast is verified with automated contrast-ratio tooling against the design token palette before tokens are approved for production use.
4.3 Automated tools alone cannot certify conformance; manual review by a member of our team accompanies every material release to altaignite.com.

5.1 Legacy PDF resources published before 1 January 2025 may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility. Remediation of all such documents is scheduled for completion by 30 June 2026.
5.2 Certain third-party embedded widgets (payment provider iframes) are outside our direct control; we monitor vendor accessibility statements and will replace non-conformant embeds where a conformant alternative becomes available.
5.3 We maintain a public log of known issues internally and prioritise remediation according to severity, with Level A blocking issues addressed within 30 days of confirmation and Level AA issues within 90 days.

6.1 If you encounter an accessibility barrier on altaignite.com, please contact accessibility@altaignite.com describing the page, the assistive technology used, and the nature of the barrier.
6.2 We acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response, including a remediation timeline where applicable, within ten business days.
6.3 Where a reported barrier prevents a user from completing an essential task (such as checkout or account access), we treat the report as high priority and aim to deploy an interim fix or workaround within five business days.

7.1 If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint in writing to legal@altaignite.com for review by a member of our board, J. van Leeuwen or M. Okonkwo.
7.2 Users in the European Union may also raise unresolved accessibility complaints concerning products and services subject to the European Accessibility Act with the market surveillance authority in their member state.
7.3 This statement will be reviewed at least annually and whenever a material change is made to our design system or publishing platform.
