Uptime last 90 days
Rolling ninety day uptime is above 99.98 percent across the estate. Individual site uptime depends on the hosting choice you made at signup. Sites on our managed edge network get the platform SLA. Sites you host yourself get whatever your provider guarantees.
How we handle incidents
The moment an alert fires, one engineer picks it up and posts here within fifteen minutes. Every hour the incident is open we post an update, even when the update is "still investigating." When it closes we publish a written post mortem within five working days, in plain language, including what broke, what we changed to stop it happening again, and whether any customer data was touched.
