A DNS TXT record listing which mail servers are allowed to send on behalf of your domain, so receivers reject forged senders.

Is business email really free, or a trial?
Free for the life of your plan, no trial clock. Mailboxes on your own domain (you@yourcompany.com) are included in Launch, Growth and Scale, with the mailbox count scaling by plan.
How many mailboxes do I get?
Launch includes 5 mailboxes, Growth includes 15, and Scale includes unlimited mailboxes at 25GB per user. Every plan can also add unlimited free aliases and shared/group addresses like info@ or support@.
Will my emails actually land in the inbox, not spam?
We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain at setup, which are the three DNS records mailbox providers check to verify a message is really from you. Correctly configured, this is the single biggest factor in inbox placement.
Can I use it on my phone and in Outlook or Apple Mail?
Yes. Full IMAP and SMTP access works with any mail client, plus a clean webmail interface for browser access. We provide one-tap mobile setup profiles for iOS and Android.
What spam and malware protection is included?
Inbound filtering scans for spam, phishing and malware attachments before messages reach your mailbox, with a quarantine you can review, and outbound filtering to protect your domain's sending reputation.
Can I migrate my existing Gmail or Outlook mailboxes?
Yes, we run the migration for you: historical mail, folders and contacts are copied across, then we cut the MX records over during a low-traffic window so nothing is lost mid-transfer.
Who owns the data, and what happens if I cancel?
You do, entirely. Mail is retained on our servers and you can export a full mbox/PST archive at any time. If you cancel, we give you a 30-day window to export before mailboxes are deactivated.
Can I set up shared team addresses like sales@ or info@?
Yes, shared aliases and distribution-style addresses are unlimited and free, and can forward to one mailbox or fan out to your whole team.
